Elliott Haskins (of EPH) and his guys undertook the initial preparation of the site, and completed the groundworks ready for the arrival of the Finestam team. Audrius and his team arrived and within a couple of weeks had completed the build. We then handed back to Elliott to complete the plumbing, electrics etc. We had lots of help along the way from family and friends, and to all of you (you know who you are), a huge thankyou!!! Finestam were fantastic! We checked out many companies in our early planning stages, but Finestam came out second to none. So much so, we are now agents for the company. We protected our new home with a fantastic timber treatment called Butinox manufactured by Jotun of Norway.. Not only were there many colours to choose from, but they had different finishes etc. and again the quality of this product was superb. So easy to apply, and the over-all finish looks wonderful. These treatments are moisture vapour permeable which allows the wood to breathe, and can last for up to 8 years between treatments depending on the product you use. A single maintenance coat is all that is required.
